The Historic Overlook House, a charming 1927 Tudor
residence, in the heart of the city but off the beaten path
The house can be arranged to fit your meeting needs,
the main floor and second level provides ample space with break
out rooms.

Additional Hours $50.00 per hour
Access and Amenities
What you get for your rental
A basic five hour rental gives you access
to the house, the grounds, the furniture on site and the dishes
and flatware. A staff member will be on hand during your event to
answer any questions and to make a final walk through inspection
with you. We only rent for one event per day, so you are welcome
to more than the six hours, at the hourly rate. For more information

Rental Requirements
Signed Overlook House Contract
All bookings require a signed contract to reserve the date. View a Sample Contract

Insurance
You must obtain a Certificate of Liability
for the 24-hour period of the date of your rental. This Certificate
of Liability must be in our hands 30 days before your event
begins. A certificate of liability insurance is required and may be kept on file for future use.
This insurance certificate must explicitly state the following
conditions:
A. $1,000,000 Bodily Injury and Property Damage Liability
Limits
B. $1,000,000 Host Liquor Liability must be specifically included
in the above coverage
C. The Friends of Overlook House, its owners, officers, agents,
and employees must be named as additional insured for any claim
or claims resulting from or growing out of the Renter or event.
Clean Up
Renters are responsible for their own set up and break down within their rental time block.
OLCC server requirements
Proof of an OLCC server is required thirty (30) days
before your event.
Reservations
Reserving a date:
We require half the rental fee, a security/damage
deposit, and a signed contract in order to reserve the date. We
accept checks made out to The Friends of the Overlook House, money
orders or cash, but are currently not set up for credit cards.
